Anna Fiscella is a 2018 graduate of Widener University, Delaware School of Law, cum laude, where she served as Articles Editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and as Vice President and DiBona Chair of the Moot Court Honor Society. She received the Donald E. Pease “Best Student Article” Memorial Award for her publication in Volume 42 of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. Anna was also a recipient of the William Pricket Corporate Law Award.
Ms. Fiscella also received the “Most Outstanding General Member” Award for her service as Vice President of the Moot Court Honor Society. In 2015, Anna graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.A. in English, as a Dean’s Scholar in Legal Writing and Spanish Language and Culture. Prior to joining Wilks Law, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Charles E. Butler of the Delaware Superior Court, extern to the Honorable Kent A. Jordan, of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and as legal intern to the Honorable James T. Vaughn, Jr., of the Delaware Supreme Court. Anna is admitted to practice before the courts of Delaware and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. She is also admitted to practice before the New Jersey state courts.
