Matt is a 2025 graduate of Washington & Lee University School of Law, where he served as a Note Editor for the Washington & Lee Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice, Mediations Chair of the Moot Court Executive Board, and President of the Antitrust and Consumer Law Society. While in law school, Matt published his student note titled “FTC v. Amazon: A Turning Point for Antitrust Law?,” which evaluated the potential doctrinal effects of the Federal Trade Commission’s antitrust litigation campaign against Amazon. Matt also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable G. Steven Agee of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Matt received a B.A. in Political Science from Trinity College in 2021. He is admitted to practice law in Delaware and before the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
